Amelia Knight acquires Longshawe Packaging

Amelia Knight is excited to announce the acquisition of Longshawe Packaging, a leading supplier of cosmetic and personal care items.

Based in Leek, Staffordshire, iThis acquisition presents a great business prospect as it will enable us to significantly increase our capabilities to manufacture cosmetics here in the UK, whilst complementing our operation in China.

As well as generating new opportunities for Amelia Knight, this deal will also be creating more jobs at the Longshawe plant in Leek, where we plan to double headcount and invest in new state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. At its heart, this deal is a sign of our continued commitment to our operations in the UK and China.

This deal is good news for us, for you and for UK manufacturing. It builds on Amelia Knight’s “Made in Great Britain” vision and reinforces our commitment to invest in UK manufacturing and innovation within the cosmetics sector.
