Whistleblowing Policy

The aim of this policy is to provide a mechanism for reporting, investigating and remedying any wrongdoing and no one will suffer any detrimental treatment as a result of raising a genuine concern.

It is best if a concern is raised openly as it helps our investigation and enables us where necessary to be sensitive to the whistleblower’s personal position. However, we recognise that there may be circumstances when a whistleblower will wish to report a concern confidentially in which case we will make every effort to keep your identity secret and only reveal it where necessary to those involved in investigating your concern.

Whistleblowing information may be disclosed at https://www.ameliaknight.com/contact by using the ‘Get in Touch’ form, or by emailing us at sales@ameliaknight.com. Both ways of contact are monitored by the Amelia Knight Directors.

How to Raise a Concern?

Whistleblowing is the reporting of suspected wrongdoing or dangers in relation to our activities. This includes bribery, fraud or other criminal activity, miscarriages of justice, health and safety risks, damage to the environment and any breach of legal or professional obligations.

What is whistleblowing?

Amelia Knight is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity and we expect all  staff to maintain high standards. We encourage, employees, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners to report suspected wrongdoing as soon as possible.
