INGREDIENTS
All raw materials are subject to our intensive RAMS (raw materials sourcing) programme, where materials are approved based on being cruelty free, vegan, sustainable and responsibly sourced.
MANUFACTURING
With 4 sites globally, 3 of which are in the UK, we believe that manufacturing in our biggest market (UK) reduces our carbon footprint. We provide supply chain transparency around environmental and ethical impact, including any third part contract manufacturers and all AK shipments are delivered via DHL's carbon neutral service GOGREEN.
PACKAGING
Offering FSC certified and carbon neutral packaging, we are also able to print with soy ink which makes paper and card easier to recycle. We can also offer PCR plastic material options and plastics that are commonly recycled through kerb side collection. The optimisation of our packaging underpins our NPD process as we continue to make products that look good and reduce the environmental impact.
